The International Physics Olimpiads IPhO were installed 1967. Switzerland participated for the first time in 1995.
At 2016 the International Physics Olympiad IPhO will be held in Switzerland and Liechtenstein!
The physics olympiad IPhO 2009 was held at Mérida/Mexico with 313 participants from 72 nations.
Patrick Schwendimann
and Dominik Wild were avarded a bronzemedal each, Dominik Gresch and Mario Könz an honourable mention each!
